링꾸는 "저장한 링크를 정한 시간에 알려주는" 알람 앱입니다. 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집하며, 광고/분석 목적의 데이터는 아래에 투명하게 고지합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보

2. 카메라·마이크 및 인증 영상
- 인증 영상 촬영 시에만 카메라·마이크 접근 권한을 사용합니다. 사용자가 직접 촬영·업로드한 영상만 저장됩니다.
- 업로드한 인증 영상은 클라우드(Firebase Storage)에 저장되며, 같은 링크를 공유받은 이용자에게 공개될 수 있습니다.
- 영상은 사용자가 앱에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있고, 삭제 시 저장소에서 제거됩니다.
- 부적절한 영상은 신고·차단할 수 있으며, 신고 건은 24시간 이내 검토합니다(이용약관 참조).
3. 클라우드 백업·동기화
- 계정 연동 시 링크·설정·통계가 클라우드(Cloud Firestore)에 백업되어 기기 간 동기화됩니다.
- 게스트(미연동) 이용자의 데이터는 기기에만 저장되며 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 개인정보 이용 목적
- 링크 알림 서비스 제공 및 기기 간 동기화
- 이용자 간 소셜 기능(응원·찌르기·공유·인증 영상)
- 배지·통계·인앱 재화(포링) 운영
- 맞춤형 광고 제공(Google AdMob) 및 사용 분석(Firebase Analytics)
- 앱 오류 감지·안정성 개선(Firebase Crashlytics), 프리미엄 구독 관리
5. 보관 기간
- 회원 탈퇴 시 계정 데이터 및 업로드 콘텐츠 즉시 삭제(법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 보관)
- 크래시 로그: 수집일로부터 90일 후 자동 삭제
- 분석 데이터: 수집일로부터 14개월 후 자동 삭제
- 게스트 데이터: 기기에만 저장, 앱 삭제 시 삭제
6. 제3자 서비스
- Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Storage / Analytics / Crashlytics (Google) — 인증·저장·분석
- Google AdMob (Google) — 광고 제공

각 서비스는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Apple 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.
7. 이용자 권리 및 계정·데이터 삭제
- 이용자는 개인정보 열람·수정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 계정/데이터 삭제: 앱 내 설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 직접 삭제하거나, 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 안내는 고객지원 페이지를 참고하세요.
- 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 광고 및 추적
Google AdMob을 통해 광고가 제공되며, 프리미엄 이용자는 광고가 제거됩니다. iOS의 추적 허용(ATT)·기기 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

Linkku is an app that reminds you of your saved links at the time you choose. We collect only the minimum data needed to run the service, and we disclose ad/analytics data transparently below.

2. Camera, Microphone & Proof Videos
- Camera and microphone are used only when you record a proof video. Only videos you record and upload are stored.
- Uploaded videos are stored in the cloud (Firebase Storage) and may be visible to users who received the same shared link.
- You can delete your videos anytime in the app; deletion removes them from storage.
- Inappropriate videos can be reported/blocked; reports are reviewed within 24 hours (see Terms).
3. Cloud Backup & Sync
- When you link an account, your links/settings/stats are backed up to the cloud (Cloud Firestore) and synced across devices.
- Guest (unlinked) data is stored on-device only and removed when the app is deleted.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide link reminders and cross-device sync
- Social features (cheer, poke, share, proof videos)
- Badges, stats, and in-app currency (Poring)
- Personalized ads (Google AdMob) and usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)
- Crash detection/stability (Firebase Crashlytics) and premium subscription management
5. Retention
- On account deletion, account data and uploaded content are deleted immediately (except where law requires retention)
- Crash logs: auto-deleted 90 days after collection
- Analytics data: auto-deleted 14 months after collection
- Guest data: on-device only; deleted with the app
6. Third-Party Services

- Google AdMob (Google) — advertising
- Apple / Google — in-app purchase processing
These follow Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights & Account/Data Deletion
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data.
- Account/Data deletion: Delete in-app via Settings → Account → Delete account, or email us. See the Support page for details.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
8. Ads & Tracking
Ads are served via Google AdMob; premium users have ads removed. You can disable personalized ads via iOS App Tracking Transparency and your device's ad settings.
