이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 링꾸(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스"란 링꾸 앱을 통해 제공되는 링크 알림 및 관련 기능을 말합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
- "게스트"란 계정 연동 없이 이용하는 자, "회원"이란 Google·Apple·전화번호 등으로 연동하여 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
- "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 등록·업로드하는 링크, 닉네임, 인증 영상 등을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면 게시 또는 공지로 효력이 발생합니다. 운영자는 필요 시 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 약관은 공지 후 효력이 발생합니다. 동의하지 않을 경우 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (서비스 내용)
- 링크 알림: 설정한 시간에 링크 알림 발송
- 소셜 기능: 응원·찌르기, 링크 공유, 인증 영상 공유
- 배지·통계, 인앱 재화(포링), 클라우드 백업·동기화
서비스 내용은 개선을 위해 변경될 수 있습니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 정보 도용, 서비스 운영 방해, 불법·부당한 목적의 이용
- 타인에게 불쾌감을 주거나 권리를 침해하는 내용의 전송·게시
- 저작권·초상권 등 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 링크·콘텐츠 등록
위반 시 콘텐츠 삭제, 이용 제한 또는 계정 정지될 수 있습니다.
제6조 (이용자 콘텐츠 및 인증 영상 정책)
서비스는 이용자가 직접 촬영한 인증 영상 등 이용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC)를 공유하는 기능을 제공합니다. 운영자는 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠와 악성 이용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.
- 금지 콘텐츠: 음란·폭력·혐오·불법·타인의 권리 침해 또는 부적절한 내용.
- 신고·차단: 이용자는 콘텐츠를 신고하거나 특정 이용자를 차단할 수 있습니다.
- 조치: 신고된 콘텐츠는 24시간 이내 검토하며, 위반 콘텐츠는 삭제하고 해당 이용자를 제재합니다.
- 이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠의 권리·책임은 해당 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스 제공·노출에 필요한 범위에서 운영자가 이를 저장·표시할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (계정 연동)
이용자는 Google·Apple·전화번호 계정을 연동해 데이터를 동기화할 수 있습니다. 연동 시 해당 플랫폼의 약관·정책이 함께 적용되며, Apple 연동은 iOS 기기에서만 가능합니다.
제8조 (프리미엄 및 결제)
- 프리미엄 구매 시 광고 제거·무제한 링크 등록 등의 혜택이 제공됩니다.
- 결제·환불·구독 해지는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.
- 인앱 재화(포링)는 환금되지 않으며 서비스 내에서만 사용됩니다.
제9조 (광고)
서비스는 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 제공하며, 프리미엄 이용자는 광고가 제거됩니다. 맞춤 광고는 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
제10조 (지적재산권)
서비스에 포함된 콘텐츠의 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 등록한 링크·콘텐츠의 권리는 해당 이용자에게 있으며, 운영자의 승인 없이 서비스 정보를 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
제11조 (면책조항)
- 천재지변·시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 중단에 책임지지 않습니다.
- 이용자가 등록한 링크·콘텐츠의 내용 및 적법성에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자 간 분쟁에 개입하지 않으며, 알림 미발송·지연으로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
제12조 (계정 탈퇴 및 데이터 삭제)
이용자는 앱 내 설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 모든 데이터·업로드 콘텐츠는 삭제되며 복구되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 고객지원 및 개인정보처리방침 참조.
제13조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 운영자 소재지 관할 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of Linkku (the "Service").
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the link-reminder and related features provided through the Linkku app.
- "User" means anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Guest" uses without linking an account; "Member" links via Google/Apple/phone.
- "Content" means links, nicknames, proof videos, etc. that users register or upload.
3. Effect & Changes
These Terms take effect upon posting or notice. The operator may amend them; amendments take effect after notice. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
4. Service Features
- Link reminders at your chosen times
- Social features: cheer/poke, link sharing, proof-video sharing
- Badges/stats, in-app currency (Poring), cloud backup & sync
5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
- No identity theft, interference with the Service, or unlawful/improper use
- No transmitting/posting content that offends or violates others' rights
- No links/content that infringe copyright, likeness, or other third-party rights
Violations may result in content removal, usage restriction, or account suspension.
6. User-Generated Content & Proof Videos
The Service lets users share user-generated content (UGC) such as self-recorded proof videos. The operator applies a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.
- Prohibited content: sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, rights-infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Report & block: users can report content and block specific users.
- Action: reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the responsible user is sanctioned.
- Rights and responsibility for uploaded content rest with the user; the operator may store and display it as needed to provide the Service.
7. Account Linking
Users may link Google/Apple/phone accounts to sync data. Linking also applies the relevant platform's terms; Apple linking is available on iOS only.
8. Premium & Payments
- Premium provides benefits such as ad removal and unlimited links.
- Payments, refunds, and cancellations follow Apple App Store / Google Play policies.
- In-app currency (Poring) is non-refundable and usable only within the Service.
9. Advertising
Ads are served via Google AdMob; premium users have ads removed. Ad personalization can be changed in device settings.
10. Intellectual Property
Copyright in Service content belongs to the operator. Rights in user-registered links/content belong to the user. Service information may not be used commercially without the operator's approval.
11. Disclaimer
- Not liable for interruptions due to force majeure or system failures.
- Users are responsible for the content and legality of links they register.
- The operator does not intervene in disputes between users and is not liable for missed/delayed notifications.
12. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account anytime via Settings → Account → Delete account. All data and uploaded content are deleted and cannot be recovered. See Support and Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location.
